Brass and Voices at the Movies

The undisputed ‘Number One Ranked Brass Band in the World’, the Cory Band, join forces with Only Men Aloud to present three spectacular concerts of music from the silver screen.

Prepare to be blown away by music from Star Wars and Jurassic Park; dazzled by selections from James Bond and the Lion King; and uplifted by songs from Mamma Mia and Frozen, all performed with the style, panache and energy for which these two award-winning groups are renowned across the world.

Only Men Aloud

Who are Only Men Aloud?

Only Men Aloud were formed in 2000. The group's aim was to inject some new blood into the Welsh male choir tradition. The group's repertoire is varied and eclectic, from Welsh folksongs and hymns to musicals and opera, from barbershop and swing to pop.

The choir won The BBC's Last Choir Standing in the summer of 2008, and released their debut album shortly afterwards, which went gold in the UK.
