Natasha Cook Jenkins will be supporting us on tour

22 Nov 2017

Young Scottish sensation Natasha Cook Jenkins will be supporting us on our upcoming UK Christmas Tour.

Originally from Glasgow, 18 year old Natasha Cook Jenkins was spotted busking by David Bowie’s producer Tony Visconti who took the young the Glaswegian girl under his wing in the Sky Arts TV programme: Unsigned Heroes. The busking video went on to break the internet with over 1.25m views in just two weeks!

From a young age, Natasha showed a great aptitude for music, being accepted into the Royal Scottish National Orchestra to train classically as a singer from the age of 7. She is currently living in London, studying at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance.

Since she was spotted, Natasha has embarked on a journey that has ended up with her having the opportunity to fly to the US and perform on the American day time, talk show: ‘Steve’ with NBC’s Steve Harvey in February 2018.

“The reaction online has been incredible with offers to perform live and on TV in the UK and in the USA. I just can’t believe it!”

Natasha is currently recording a song for Guy Chambers in Sleeper Studios for a new movie coming out 2018 and will also be recording an EP with Lewis Capaldi’s producer Charlie Lindsay, recorded in Glasgow’s Morsecode Studios. Natasha is delighted to be touring the UK with Only Men Aloud in December as well as performing at the brand new Greenwich Winter Time Festival.

Only Men Aloud

Who are Only Men Aloud?

Only Men Aloud were formed in 2000. The group's aim was to inject some new blood into the Welsh male choir tradition. The group's repertoire is varied and eclectic, from Welsh folksongs and hymns to musicals and opera, from barbershop and swing to pop.

The choir won The BBC's Last Choir Standing in the summer of 2008, and released their debut album shortly afterwards, which went gold in the UK.
