In their much anticipated festive show, Only Men Aloud will perform a sensational selection box of music, ranging from traditional Christmas favourites to rock and pop classics – all delivered with their trademark wit, magnificent voices and musical style.

Only Men Aloud released their fifth studio album On The Road last September, which followed an exceptional unplugged album. This allowed fans the opportunity to listen to the group in their purest form, covering traditional Welsh hymns and classic contemporary covers without the big production.

Craig Yates from the group said: “2016 has been a really busy and exciting year for the group so far. Two of our highlights have been opening BBC’s televised Sport Relief programme and performing live on the Severn Bridge for BBC Music Day. We always look forward to playing our annual festive shows, and audiences are guaranteed another glittering performance, sprinkled with some added surprises.”

Who are Only Men Aloud?

Only Men Aloud were formed in 2000. The group's aim was to inject some new blood into the Welsh male choir tradition. The group's repertoire is varied and eclectic, from Welsh folksongs and hymns to musicals and opera, from barbershop and swing to pop.

The choir won The BBC's Last Choir Standing in the summer of 2008, and released their debut album shortly afterwards, which went gold in the UK.
